1. Spot clean with a damp white cloth in a solution of mild detergent
2. For stubborn stains, use a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub the area. 
3. Wipe away any soap residue with a clean, damp cloth

OR

1. Handwash with wild detergent in cold water
2. Allow your Clinger to air dry completely, away from direct sunlight and heat sources

End of Life

 

This Clinger has a lengthy life ahead of it. However, if the spark fades and you don’t want your kids/grandkids to find it in your attic and take it out on the town, then here is what to do;

 

• Repair - If your old friend is looking a bit shabby, giving it some love and attention to set things back on track.
• Pass it on - find someone else who will enjoy the company.
• Find another use for it - could it be a handy make up bag or a hanging vase for fresh or dried flowers?
• Recycle it - Although they aren’t widely accessible currently there are textile recycling facilities across Australia.

We’ll see if we can resolve the issue and will arrange a return if there has been a manufacturing fault.

 

Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of shipping and you will need to cover the return and re-delivery cost. 

 

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we also offer free repairs within the first year of your Clinger’s life. This includes mending things like broken seams and zips. Please get in touch to see if your Clinger qualifies. You’ll just need to cover the cost of shipping and we’ll sort the rest!
