This Clinger has a lengthy life ahead of it.
However, if the spark fades and you don’t want your kids/grandkids to find it in your attic and take it out on the town, then here is what to do;

 

• Repair - If your old friend is looking a bit shabby, giving it some love and attention to set things back on track.
• Pass it on - find someone else who will enjoy the company. If the garment is in good condition it can be donated to your local charity shop - bare in mind that it could still make it's way into landfill from there :(
• Find another use for it - could it be the perfect artists smock?
• Recycle it - Although they aren’t widely accessible currently there are textile recycling facilities across Australia.

We’ll see if we can resolve the issue and will arrange a return if there has been a manufacturing fault. For clothing items please consult the size guide carefully, however we can arrange a return if you aren't happy with the fit.

Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of shipping and you will need to cover the return and re-delivery cost. 

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we also offer free repairs within the first year of your Clinger’s life. This includes mending things like broken seams and zips. Please get in touch to see if your Clinger qualifies. You’ll just need to cover the cost of shipping and we’ll sort the rest!

Finding the right packaging for these lovely Clingers will be an ongoing journey. 

 

Today our bags are wrapped in second-hand tissue paper or brown paper, packed into a recycled Kraft cardboard box and protected from the weather by a recycled plastic mailer.

Why did we choose recycled plastic mailers over compostable ones?

 

This was a personal choice as we believe that recycled mailers are more likely to be handled correctly after use. These mailers can be recycled with soft plastics wherever Redcycle collects i.e. Coles or Woolies. We don’t believe home or industrial composting is as highly accessible to Australians compared to soft plastics recycling.

 

Compostable mailers need to be composted in either an industrial composting facility or a home compost as it requires the right conditions to break down. Hence, when these mailers end up in landfill they won’t decompose.

Clingy clothing isn't designed to fit a certain body. If you like the way it looks on you then it's a perfect fit!
