Care Instructions

Spot clean by first blotting the stain to remove excess liquid, then apply a small amount of cool water and a wool-safe detergent or a mild soap. Gently dab the stain from the outside in with a clean cloth, rinse by blotting with a clean, damp cloth, and then air-dry the item away from heat

Handwash in cold water with wool-safe detergent. Air dry flat, away from direct sunlight.

Remove pills with a wool comb or fabric shaver.

End of Life

This Clinger has a lengthy life ahead of it. However, if the spark fades and you don’t want your kids/grandkids to find it in your attic and take it out on the town, then here is what to do;

• Repair - If your old friend is looking a bit shabby, giving it some love and attention to set things back on track.
• Pass it on - find someone else who will enjoy the company.
• Find another use for it - could it be a handy make up bag or a hanging vase for fresh or dried flowers?
• Recycle it - Although they aren’t widely accessible currently there are textile recycling facilities across Australia.

We’ll see if we can resolve the issue and will arrange a return if there has been a manufacturing fault.

Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of shipping and you will need to cover the return and re-delivery cost. 

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we also offer free repairs within the first year of your Clinger’s life. This includes mending things like broken seams and zips. Please get in touch to see if your Clinger qualifies. You’ll just need to cover the cost of shipping and we’ll sort the rest!

Finding the right packaging for these lovely Clingers will be an ongoing journey. 

Today our bags are wrapped in tissue paper, packed into a custom calico dust bag and packed into a kraft mailer.
